What
is C.O.L?
C.O.L stands for Carriers of
Love and our prayer is:
Heavenly Father guide our feet Keep our lips from all deceit and our hearts both pure and sweet until we meet again.
C.O.L meets the third Monday of each month
at 8 p.m. , except for June, July and August.
Every month the meeting is lead by a group
of ladies, which is selected at the beginning
of each year. The group leader calls a
meeting with the ladies on her group to
plan the events for the month. The group
meetings might have one or more of the
followings: guest speakers, videos, games,
demonstrations, skits, baking, flower arrangements
and many other interesting topics.
The evenings open with a short business
meeting. The group that is in charge for
the current month presents devotion and
the special events scheduled for that program.
Delicious refreshment is served to end
the evening.
The month of May is the last meeting until
the fall and the annual spring banquet.
December even though it's a busy month
for all, there is a special Christmas banquet
held , this is when the "friendship sisters" are
reveal. (What is a friendship sister? Join
us on one of our scheduled Monday's and
we will inform you or you could email us
for more information at col@firstbaptistbrampton.org.
We invite all ladies to come and join
us for an evening of fellowship, fun and
food.
